#31DaysofCS Campaign comes to an end ///

The #31DaysofCS social media campaign for Crime Stoppers Month is wrapping up! During the month of January, known in Canada as Crime Stoppers Month, the Edmonton and Northern Alberta chapter along with Calgary Crime Stoppers promoted the program through their social media channels (Facebook and Twitter). Each day, a different post was shared with content such as unsolved crimes, wanteds, crime prevention links, throwbacks/flashbacks, fun comics, upcoming events and projects, etc.

Crime Stoppers is only a valuable resource if the people with the information know where to report it. That’s why campaigns like #31DaysofCS and other awareness initiatives are important to spread the word about the tip line. One of the most simple things someone can do to support Crime Stoppers is to tell others about it.

The Crime Stoppers charitable office has business card sized information materials with the three ways to contact Crime Stoppers. If you would like this resource FREE for your community, organization, or personal use, please send an e-mail to communications@crimestoppers.ab.ca/edmonton.

Thank you to everyone who followed along and shared #31DaysofCS content throughout the month of January!
