On the morning of May 30, 2017, officers from the CN Police Service attended to the CN Maintenance Yard situated off 49th Avenue, in Redwater, Alberta, after an employee discovered the facility was broken into sometime during past week.
Stolen from the two storage containers situated on the property were two large industrial sized, wooden rolls of 600 volt copper electrical cable along with several gas powered tools including Stihl and Husqvarna railsaws, whipper snippers, brush saws and a backpack blower.
The total estimated valued of the property stolen is $20000.
