On July 03, 2018 at approximately 1:00 PM, this female suspect met the owner of a 2004 red Dodge Caravan at the location of 142 Avenue and 59 Street. The female suspect had responded to a Kijijiad that listed the van for sale. The owner allowed this female to take the van for a test drive, but the owner went along with them. When the owner got out of the van, the female took this opportunity to drive off. The van has yet to be recovered.
